Food isn’t the only fuel that we need to thrive. We need rest, time with loved ones, adventure, and leisure. You deserve all of these even if your demanding schedule makes it feel impossible. Yet “convenience” isn’t always paralleled to food that encourages overall gut health. Ultimately making it hard for us to reach any of our other goals.

With one on one meal planning, preparation & delivery, you can be full and fulfilled. 

I take local, organic ingredients and work with dietary restrictions to bring you nourishment designed around your needs. Because convenience can also be the right option sometimes.

Every week I curate an entirely vegan & gluten free menu
and deliver within Portland city limits.
This service is specifically kept at an affordable rate but does sell out,
as I limit it to my abilities to provide a product that feels good.

  • Need a little more you-time? Let Ambrosia take care of your mealtime. Choose from daily, weekly, (or somewhere in between) meal delivery services. Choose from a range of accessible, healthy, and delicious menus planned specifically for you, and get them delivered straight to your door. Single servings for just you, or family sized so everyone’s happy without any grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning involved.

  • Planning a party? Hosting friends? Ambrosia is available to cater small gatherings, offering custom, nutrition-based menu items.

  • Do you miss enchiladas or donuts but haven’t had them since you let go of onions or dairy? Amber finds a lot of joy and pride in re-configuring recipes while using ingredients that are safe and nourishing for all body types.

  • When you’ve been given dietary suggestions or instructions from a doctor or trusted source that you are feeling lost with, Amber can help you plan out grocery shopping as well as meals. New guidelines can be hard, and Amber can make the transition feel stressless.

  • If you’re needing to get more vegetables in your weekly busy diet, but not quite ready to do a full personal chef dive with your meals— Ambrosia weekly meal prep might be a great option for you! I started this structure for busy mama’s in my community and intentionally wanted to make it affordable while giving a lot of nourishment.

    Every Tuesday I update the following weeks menu with 2 main dishes, 1 big salad, 1 big soup & a 16 oz juice. I deliver those straight to your door on Tuesdays and Saturdays! The base level on this is $80 with the option to add on additional meals, salads, soups or juices! Go to “ORDER” in the navigation to see this weeks offerings.

    **I’m able to keep this affordable by not offering modifications on this menu. Sometimes that’s a bummer because my weekly “regulars” will email and let me know that they can’t have more than one thing on the menu so they’re going to skip, and sometimes those things they mention are easy to avoid. If there’s something that you need to avoid on your specific diet, I recommend filling out the questionnaire. Every week I go over the limitations that my clients have before making the menu, to try and ensure that everyone in “our community” has access to this offer.
